High Current Power Supply for Lead-Bismuth Preheater

We cooperated with CGN Research Institute to carry out the 1.5MW high current (20000A) power supply project for lead-bismuth preheater. The project was led by our foreign expert Greg as the chief technical officer. His team successfully overcame two major technical difficulties: first, completing the optimal design of the ultra-high current copper busbar bridge; second, effectively solving the equipment vibration problem caused by eddy current effect during high current operation, laying a solid technical foundation for the safe and stable operation of the project.

40.5kV Gas Insulated Metal Enclosed Switchgear

The HCCS-40.5 series gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear is a new generation C-GIS product developed by our company through introducing Danish core technology and making localized design improvements in comprehensive cooperation with multiple parties. The product uses SF6 gas as the insulating medium, enclosing all high-voltage electrical components such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, grounding switches, forming an integrated high-voltage power distribution device through optimized design. Its insulation performance is 3 times that of AIS, the footprint is only 1/3 of AIS, and it is not affected by the environment, combining high performance with environmental adaptability.

Intelligent Box-type Substation

The intelligent box-type substation project cooperated with China Communications Construction Group is suitable for unmanned patrol areas and intelligent upgrade scenarios of old box-type substations. The project achieves all-time and all-area remote monitoring, allowing users to grasp the operation data, equipment status and surrounding dynamic environment of the box-type substation anytime through mobile terminals and PC terminals. At the same time, a five-dimensional safety warning system is constructed. When abnormal air pressure, flue gas leakage, steam erosion, water immersion risk, solid impact, strong vibration or heat source baking that may endanger equipment safety and personnel life occur around the equipment, the video monitoring and intelligent sensors will send warning signals to the cloud platform operation and maintenance system in real time through dynamic recognition to ensure equipment safety operation and environmental risk prevention and control.

Intelligent Monitoring Device for High Voltage Switch Operation Health Status

We cooperated with Hunan University in scientific research transformation. The switch mechanical health diagnosis technology jointly developed by Professor Meng Zhiqiang's project team and our company's R&D team has applied for national patents. The intelligent monitoring device supporting this technology adopts high-performance embedded single-chip microcomputer, touch screen, 4G-CAT1 and RS484 bus to design the local controller. Through induction switch sensors, pin-type strain sensors and watchband-type temperature sensors, it monitors the displacement of key parts of the circuit breaker, spring fatigue state and temperature rise of the plum blossom contact in real time, realizing online intelligent monitoring of the mechanical health status of high voltage switches, thereby improving the quality of high voltage switches and ensuring power supply and distribution safety.
